This reservation fee is designed in your behalf. Precious Memories photo shoots need to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance and at this time the $75 reservation fee should be paid in full. Your $75 must be sent as soon as you have called to book your photo shoot. If the reservation fee has not been received by Precious Memories by the day of your photo shoot, an extra $25 will be added onto the cost of the photo shoot. Also understand that until we receive your reservation fee your appointment IS NOT BOOKED and that day is open to anyone else for scheduling. We are not obligated to show up to your desired location if we have not received a reservation fee. This $75 reservation fee insures your appointment is booked. If you do not arrive at the site you desire on the reserved day your $75 is lost. Also if you cancel your photo shoot after the reservation fee has been received your $75 is lost. THIS RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if appointment is kept, your $75 will be put towards the cost of the photo shoot.

 

Precious Memories photos are charged by the set or every 50 pictures, since all photos are taken digitally. Are rates do not vary and are set so that they best benefit the customers. Are prices are $150 for every 50 pictures. For weddings we suggest no less than 100 photos be taken. This ensures every moment is captured. 

Precious Memories is here to benefit the customers. Costomers

 will not be charged for partial sets (for example: If 2 and a half sets of photos are taken, customers would not be charged for 3 sets. Full amount would be charged for the 2 sets and the 12 extra photos would be charged individually). Price also includes cost of editing blemishes, black and white photos and adding special effects to your photos. 

 

Our goal as an on-site photography business is to satisfy the customers. Your memories are precious to us and we firmly believe in high quality photos without the high quality prices.

 

 

Since Precious Memories is strictly on-site, additional costs may have to be added depending on the location of the customer's desired site or sites. Precious Memories will travel up to 30 miles to a desired site location for free. Anything over the 30 mile limit will require additional costs.
*31-50 miles: $30
*51-70 miles: $50

*71-100 miles: $100

* Anything over 100 miles will be charged accordingly

 

Your photos will be received within 1-2 weeks after your photo shoot. Customers will receive a CD containing the edited photos and a Copyright Release form from Precious Memories so you may develop your pictures in your own time and to your own desire. Precious Memories IS NOT responsible for the developing of your photos.

 

*If you would like to have any additional CDs, an extra $5 per CD will be added onto the cost of your photos.
